SMART MOBILITY IN SMART CITY

Urban transport is responsible for about a quarter of CO2 emissions from transport. The gradual phasing out of ‘conventionally-fuelled’ vehicles from the urban environment is a major contribution to significant reduction of oil dependence, greenhouse gas emissions and local air and noise pollution. Fully Electric Vehicles (FEV), for public and private transport, can contribute significantly to the lowering of the current pollution levels.

At SmartGreens 2014 MOBINCITY will be represented together with the SMARTV2G project at a common booth. SmartGreens 2014 is the 3rd International Conference on Smart Grids and Green IT Systems. MOBINCITY attracted international attention at EVS27

The 27th International Electric Vehicle Symposium (EVS27) is one of the largest and the most international event for electric mobility.

MOBINCITY was presented by Technomar together with its sister project SMARTV2G at an own booth in the EVS Exhibition from 18th to 20th of November 2013. Many international visitors showed big interest in the possibilities of MOBINCITY.
